The Mission
Amsterdam Piano Institute offers education and development of piano, composition, and broader music skillsets.
Our guiding principle is to establish a strong foundation in classical music by developing essential musical skills while supporting each student's individual vision and potential.
In a format of weekly lessons, students develop discipline, artistry, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Meet the mentor
Rebeka Rusjan Zajc is a pianist and educator based in Amsterdam with an extensive background in both classical and jazz piano. She trained in both classical and jazz piano at renowned institutions in Slovenia, Austria, and the Netherlands. Having completed her bachelor’s degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, she pursued private studies at the .abeceda Institute.
Her teaching combines technical precision, musical understanding, and an individualised approach, assisting each student in building a strong and lasting foundation in classical piano.
Services
Piano lessons are available in your home, with a keyboard provided upon request.
New students are welcome to book a complimentary trial lesson during an introductory call.
The lessons are in English.
Children up to age 13 – 45 min lesson
€35 per lesson
Young adults and adults – 60 min lesson
€45 per lesson
Lessons are billed on the first Tuesday of each month for the following month.
Children and young adults under the age of 21 are exempt from VAT.
